May is Mental Health Awareness Month and there seemed no better time to discuss what we can do for our community members in this vein. What should community managers be looking for? What can we do when someone does seem to need assistance or support? We discussed these things as well as some resources and thoughts about how to best be supportive within the confines of our roles.
