How does connection mapping work? Which has more impact – being connected to more people or being connected to fewer people who each have a large number of connections? There’s a lot to consider and we had a very meaty discussion about what data can show us and how community managers can use this when thinking about their communities not as groups of individuals but an assembly of individual networks.
